📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders go through a careful quality check and packing process before dispatch:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of placing your order.
- A dispatch notification with your courier tracking number will be sent once your parcel is handed over to the courier company.
- During sale events, Eid, or festive launches, processing may take up to 3 business days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during peak seasons.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We deliver across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are as follows:

3. Our Courier Partners
We work with Pakistan's most reliable and professional courier companies to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time:
The courier assigned to your order is selected based on your delivery location, parcel weight, and service availability. You will receive the courier company name and tracking number via WhatsApp or email after dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
We keep you fully informed about your delivery at every stage:
- A tracking number is sent to you via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- You can track your parcel directly on the respective courier's official website using your tracking number.
- Our customer support team can also provide a live status update — simply share your Order ID with us.
- If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 consecutive business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
5. How We Pack Your Order
Every Bin Naeem order is packed with the same care and attention we give to our fabric:
- Each fabric piece is individually folded and wrapped in protective tissue paper.
- The parcel is sealed in a tamper-evident polybag or sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
- Your name, delivery address, and Order ID are clearly printed on the outer packaging for accurate courier delivery.
- For premium or embroidered pieces, additional cushioning or bubble wrap is used where necessary.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping
We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for the convenience of our customers. Please keep the following in mind for COD orders:
- COD is available on orders up to Rs. 15,000. Orders above this amount require advance payment or partial deposit.
- Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery — courier riders typically do not carry change.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.
- If delivery fails due to unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery the following business day. A double courier charge applies upon re-delivery.
- COD orders may take 1 additional business day to process compared to prepaid orders.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please double-check your full delivery address — including house number, street, area, and city — before confirming your order. Bin Naeem cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Address corrections can be made within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
- Once your order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply before re-dispatch.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If Your Order Is Delayed
- First check your tracking number on the courier's website for the latest status update.
- If there has been no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us with your Order ID and we will follow up with the courier directly.
If Your Order Is Lost
- In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will file an official claim with the courier company on your behalf.
- Upon confirmation of loss, you will receive a full refund or free replacement — your choice.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
- Please photograph the damage immediately upon receiving the parcel — before opening if possible.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photographic or video evidence.
- We will assess the damage and offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
9. International Shipping
At present, Bin Naeem ships within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are actively working on expanding our delivery network to serve our international customers in the near future.
