At Bin Naeem, we understand how eagerly you await your order. We are committed to ensuring that every parcel reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Our delivery process is carefully managed from the moment your order is confirmed to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • A dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent once your parcel is handed over to the courier.
📌 During sale seasons or high-demand periods (Eid, festive launches), processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We deliver across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Our Courier Partners

Bin Naeem works with Pakistan's most reliable and trusted courier companies to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time:

  • Leopard Courier — nationwide coverage with real-time tracking.
  • TCS Courier — trusted for fragile and high-value parcels.
  • M&P (Call Courier) — fast delivery in major cities.
  • Trax Logistics — efficient same-day and next-day service in select cities.

The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and parcel weight. You will receive the courier company name and tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.


4. Order Tracking

We believe in complete transparency throughout your delivery journey:

  • A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • You can track your parcel directly on the courier's official website using the provided tracking number.
  • Our customer support team can also help you check your delivery status — simply share your Order ID.
  • In case of any delay or issue flagged by the courier, we will proactively inform you.

5. How We Pack Your Order

At Bin Naeem, packaging is taken as seriously as the fabric itself. Every order is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition:

  • Each fabric piece is individually folded and wrapped in protective tissue paper.
  • Orders are packed in sealed, tamper-evident bags or boxes.
  • The outer packaging includes your name, address, and order ID clearly printed for accurate delivery.
  • Fragile or premium items receive additional protective packaging as needed.
📌 We recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your parcel. This serves as evidence in case of any damage or missing item claims.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for the convenience of our customers:

  • COD is available on orders up to Rs. 15,000. For higher-value orders, advance payment may be required.
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery — courier riders may not carry change.
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.
  • If a COD parcel is returned due to non-availability of the recipient, a double courier charge will be applied on re-delivery.
  • COD orders may take 1 additional business day to process compared to prepaid orders.
📌 We kindly request COD customers to be genuinely interested before placing an order. Repeated fake or cancelled COD orders may result in prepayment being required for future orders.

7. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

If Your Parcel Is Delayed

  • First check your tracking number on the courier's website.
  • If the tracking shows no update for more than 3 days, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
  • We will liaise with the courier on your behalf to investigate and resolve the delay.

If Your Parcel Is Returned to Us

  • Parcels returned due to wrong address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept will be re-dispatched after confirmation.
  • Re-delivery charges will apply and must be paid before the parcel is re-dispatched.

If Your Parcel Is Lost or Damaged

  • In the rare case of a lost parcel, we will file a claim with the courier and offer you a full replacement or refund.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Bin Naeem is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 2 hours and we will update it before dispatch.
  • Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.
  • Reshipping due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will incur additional courier charges.
