We take pride in delivering premium-quality unstitched fabric that reflects the tradition and elegance of Pakistani craftsmanship. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing your order so that your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and uncut — in its original, unaltered condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and purchase invoice must be intact and included.
  • Returns are accepted only for: manufacturing defects, significant colour variation (beyond 20%), or incorrect item delivered.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional campaign are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been stitched, washed, dry-cleaned, or altered in any way.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order fabric bundles.
  • Gift cards, store credit vouchers, or digital products.
📌 We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issue, please contact us right away — the sooner, the better.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and attach photos or a short video showing the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and inform you of the decision.
  4. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization along with instructions for dispatching the item.
  5. Securely pack the item and send it via the courier service mentioned in our instructions.

Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Method

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund via one of the following methods (your choice):

  • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash — processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Store Credit — added to your account within 2 business days, usable on any future order at binnaeem.store.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer only.

4.2 Refund Timeline

  • Quality inspection upon receiving the item: 1–2 business days
  • Refund processing after approval: 3 –5 business days
  • Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider.
📌 Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for different colour, design, or fabric within the following terms:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement item must be of equal or greater value (any price difference must be paid by the customer).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and preferred replacement item details.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will:

  • Arrange a free return pickup (available in selected cities across Pakistan).
  • Offer a full refund or free exchange — your choice.
  • Cover all shipping costs for the replacement delivery.
📌 To speed up the resolution, please share an unboxing video or clear photographs as evidence. Claims without supporting evidence may not be entertained.

7. Colour Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen displays, monitor brightness, and photography lighting, the actual colour of the fabric may appear slightly different from what is shown on our website or social media. Minor colour variations are not considered a defect and do not qualify for a return.

However, if the colour variation is significant (more than 20% different from what was displayed), you may raise a concern with photographic evidence and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the given address. Repeated failed deliveries may result in additional courier charges.
